Return Process

  Email our support team at care@sheshaayurveda.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including your order ID and clear photos of the products.

  Quality Evaluation

  Our quality control team will review your request and images to verify the claim; once approved, we will initiate the reverse pickup process.

  Product Pickup

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; our courier partner will collect the package from your registered address.

  Resolution

  Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
